There are so many good things that I could say about Dr. Romero and his amazing staff. I’m just gonna start off with a few. I walked in his office in extreme pain. They were very compassionate, gentle and thorough. He gave me a reassurance that my pain was validated, though I was crying from being in pain from my tooth all the reassurance that they gave, and how quick Dr. Romero was to get me out of pain. One of the dental Assistants literally held my hand the entire time which made me feel safe And that I was in good hands. I walked in there a complete mess and in pain I walked out of Dr. Romero’s office feeling, relieved of pain And amazed at the staff expertise and professionalism that was paired with compassion. If I could give him 10 stars, I definitely would this place has definitely won me over. Thank you Dr Romero and staff.
I had to get 2 teeth pulled and the whole experience was surprisingly quick and incredibly easy. What really made the difference, though, was Randy. He was amazing—friendly, calm, and genuinely comforting throughout the entire process. Very reassuring. 10/10 experience! 🤗
What can I say other than this place is amazing!!! Staff and Dr.Romero treated me with such kindness and I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience!!! Didn’t feel rushed or like a number. Truly felt like they cared from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out. Everything was explained to me so that I could understand what was going on before during and after my procedure. Highly recommend!!!! Thank you so much Dr.Romero and all of the staff!!! Truly the best!!!
