I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care I received at Solace. The staff were so kind, creating a calm and comfortable environment. I was impressed with the pain-free procedure, which truly highlights Dr. Romero's expertise. My only concern pertains to the lack of communication from the Emergency After Hours phone line. I initiated calls around 6:30PM regarding my prescription not making it to my pharmacy, which I know sometimes happens but the pharmacy also attempted to call the number. Unfortunately, I never received a return call after leaving a voicemail. Instead, I received a text at 10:30PM, four hours later, stating that the prescription had been resent. This was thirty minutes after the pharmacy had closed, and I had already fallen asleep. I was able to subside any pain from over the counter meds so despite this communication issue, my overall experience was wonderful and I intend to return for any future dental needs. Thank you so, so much to Dr. Romero and his team 🙂
