You may preregister with our office by filling out our secure online Patient Registration Form. After you have completed the form, please make sure to press the Submit button at the bottom to automatically send us your information. On your first visit to our office, we will have your completed form available for your signature. I went to talk Dr. Romero about some implants, it was the smart thing to do. He knew the answers to all my questions before I ever even finished the question. His communication skills are second to none, not just in the dental field, second to none period. The same goes for his entire staff, it was the best medical type experience I’ve ever had.
I am very satisfied with my visit to Solace! Dr. Romero and staff were very comforting. Before surgery, Dr Romero explained full details of the procedure. The follow-up calls allowed for questions also. Wonderful office!!!
