You may preregister with our office by filling out our secure online Patient Registration Form. After you have completed the form, please make sure to press the Submit button at the bottom to automatically send us your information. On your first visit to our office, we will have your completed form available for your signature. The security and privacy of your personal data is one of our primary concerns and we have taken every precaution to protect it.
I had an infected molar causing me extreme pain. I was initially seen at Aspen Dental Springfield. After assuring me they could take care of my issue & a couple hours passed, Aspen Dental told me I would need an oral surgeon because their dentist had suddenly decided she couldn’t perform the extraction, but they could get me on their August schedule, which was unacceptable. I’m also pregnant & brought the required note from my OB in order to receive dental care. Aspen refused the note because it had been emailed & didn’t have a doctor’s written signature. My husband called Solace Dental & they worked me in that same day. They also accepted the X-rays performed at the other clinic & didn’t require me to repeat them which was a relief to not have my baby exposed to more radiation. Everyone was very nice, understanding, & professional. The office was clean & beautifully decorated. Dr. Romero numbed my mouth with very little discomfort & had my tooth extracted in what felt like a few seconds. It was the easiest dental visit I’ve ever experienced. Abundantly grateful they were able to work me in that same day! I’m on day 2 & in no pain whatsoever. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!
I had a tooth extraction and could not be sedated because I am pregnant. Hamza and Dr. Romero did a fantastic job easing my nerves and being very patient with me. They were confident and effective and I am so glad I chose Solace!
