I was referred to Solace by a friend of mine to have my wisdom teeth removed. The facility was clean and orderly, the staff incredibly capable, extremely competent, and very, very friendly. Dr. Romero and his technical staff took their time and made sure I felt comfortable during the procedure. I was unable to be sedated for the procedure, due to cost reasons, and had never had a surgery like this performed while I was conscious, so it was great to have a doctor who was patient and understanding as I was very nervous and had to have extra shots of local anesthetic applied at a couple points in the process. I had questions as the process was getting started and they took the time to answer as I asked. Their aftercare instructions almost seem to be planned around people like me who simply cannot remember basic instructions, so they sent me home with a detailed, written layout of exactly how to manage my recovery, which is making the process as absolutely painless as it can possibly be. I still need more work done in the future for other problems and I fully plan on returning to Solace and to Dr. Romero for all of it.

I just had a tooth (molar 14) extracted today, and the service was impeccable. I called yesterday to score an emergency appointment due to a severe abscessed and cavity filled tooth, and they fit me in at 7 AM this morning. Randy and the rest of the staff were all so sweet and accommodating even when I was insanely nervous over the whole ordeal. 2.5 years of pain gone within the matter of an hour. I cannot be more thankful. Everyone was kind and efficient and also patient with me when I was a lil freaked out over certain things like the IV. The team here is great, i went and got my wisdom teeth take out on friday june 20th and was expecting to have pain after words but i only had a little bit of soreness. 10/10 experience!

I was referred for an issue with an implant. Dr. Romero has a wonderful personality. I had never met him before, but I went away feeling like I had known him for years. He was able to fix the problem with my implant, and I went away with a big smile. Thank you Dr. Romero. I definitely recommend you to anyone needing oral surgery.

What more than these pictures can I say? I am 7 days post-op from Top and Bottom All on 4 full mouth dental implants. In a single day Dr. Romero gave me my life back!!! I'm going to make myself vulnerable here and post my before pic, because I want anyone reading this that is apprehensive to see the skill that Dr. Romero has surgically. The procedure was virtually painless, and I was expecting a very difficult recovery and to my surprise the prescription pain medicine took care of all the pain I did have, not to mention the pain I did have was nowhere near toothache pain. I was up and active 2 days after the procedure. Post-op instructions were provided and very thorough. Everyone working here is so kind and friendly and they really care about the work they do and how they help change lives. All on 4 feels just like natural teeth and I am so glad I was able to go this route instead of dentures. I can't thank everyone there enough for what they have done for me, and now I can smile in pictures with my babies! I'm eternally grateful for my new smile and the Smile for Christmas program!
