Dr. Stephen A. Fox is passionate about helping patients restore their oral health, confidence, and quality of life through comprehensive implant and surgical dentistry. He provides care with an emphasis on careful planning, attention to detail, and long-term function while creating a calm, supportive environment—especially for patients who may feel anxious about treatment.
Before pursuing dentistry, Dr. Fox served as a Captain in the United States Army, where he flew AH-64 Apache helicopters in high-responsibility environments that demanded precision, composure, and sound decision-making. Those experiences continue to shape his disciplined, methodical approach to patient care and his focus on implant and surgical dentistry.
Dr. Fox earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry after completing his undergraduate studies at Colorado State University and Middle Tennessee State University.
Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Fox continues to advance his training in implant placement, restoration, and surgical techniques to provide patients with modern, evidence-based care and exceptional long-term outcomes.
Outside the office, Dr. Fox enjoys fitness, aviation, hiking in the Swiss Alps, automotive performance, and continued personal and professional development.
