Before pursuing dentistry, Dr. Stephen A. Fox served as a Captain in the United States Army, where he flew Boeing AH-64 Apache helicopters in high-responsibility environments that demanded precision, composure, and sound decision-making. That experience continues to shape his disciplined, methodical approach to patient care and his developing focus on implant and surgical dentistry.
Dr. Fox provides comprehensive dental care with a focus on implant placement, restoration, and surgical dentistry, with an emphasis on careful planning, attention to detail, and long-term function.
He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and completed his undergraduate studies at Colorado State University and Middle Tennessee State University.
Dr. Fox is committed to creating a calm, supportive environment for his patients, particularly those who may feel anxious about treatment, and is actively advancing his training in implant placement, restoration, and surgical techniques to provide modern, comprehensive care.
Outside the office, he enjoys fitness, aviation, hiking in the Swiss Alps and automotive performance, along with continued personal and professional development.
